Shipped Embryo Program Cost Breakdown
To begin your journey, due at Contract Signing:
Pre-stage 1: Embryo Shipment Payment (due at contract signing)
Payment for the cost of shipping the embryos in a special cryopreservation tank and the Mexico Department of Health (COFEPRIS) Genetic Materials Shipping Permit usage; this payment is made at the time you sign your surrogacy contract and varies depending on the shipping origin.
Stage 1: Initial Payment for Embryo Transfer (due at contract signing):
The total Stage 1 payment is normally $19,900 USD (including everything noted above) + a refundable medical escrow of $4,000 USD = $23,900 USD. However, we are deferring $17,000 USD of this amount, which will be payable after a positive pregnancy, confirmed by heartbeat.
Therefore, only $6,900 USD will be due at the time of contract signing, plus shipping costs, and includes all items noted above.
Deferred Amount (payable after positive heartbeat pregnancy confirmation): $17,000 USD
Embryo Glue, which is required for each embryo transfer will be invoiced separately after embryo arrival in Mexico.
Stage 2: Deferred Payment from Stage 1
The amount deferred from Stage 1 ($17,000 USD) is only paid after a positive heartbeat is detected; if you do not achieve a positive pregnancy, the deferred amount is never due (even in the unlikely event you run out of embryos)
Stage 3 – Pregnancy Care / Surrogate Payments: $9,650 USD + $10,000 monthly surrogate payment
$9,650 USD paid after a positive heartbeat is detected (approximately Week 6-7 of pregnancy), which covers nine months of standard pregnancy care. Additionally, you will pay your surrogate $10,000 Mexican pesos per month for the special food/vitamin supplement program, for a total of $90,000 Mexican pesos.
Stage 4: Agency fee
Paid at week 16: $3,850
Stage 5: Hospital Delivery Allowance and Surrogate Final Payment: $19,900 USD
The total is $19,900 USD, which includes the final surrogate payment (held in escrow until after baby delivery), hospital delivery allowance and other agency costs
Grand Total: $58,800 USD
plus $4,000 USD refundable medical escrow plus $1,426 USD for embryo glue for each embryo transfer.
Matching with Surrogate and Embryo Transfer in 8 to 10 Weeks:
We are the ONLY agency with a surplus of fully screened surrogates. This means IPs are matched and embryo transfers take place within 10 weeks of the embryos being ready—truly lightning speed. Other agencies just can’t get enough surrogates because they all want to work for Miracle Surrogacy as we pay them significantly more and treat them like family. Other agencies in Mexico take up to 18 months to match IPs with surrogates. In the USA and Canada, waits often exceed 2 years.
FREE DNA Test during Pregnancy:
We provide every IP with FREE DNA testing during the pregnancy to offer peace of mind about the genetics of your baby.
FREE Embryo Transfers if you don’t get Pregnant within the First 3 Tries:
We know surrogacy journeys are financially and emotionally challenging and we want to help! If pregnancy is not achieved within the first few tries, we will share the financial burden with you by offering FREE embryo transfers until you get pregnant (using PGT-tested embryos and embryo glue each try, with embryos graded average or above; if the criteria is not met, you only pay 50%).
Surrogacy is 100% legal in mexico
Surrogacy in Mexico is 100 percent legal. In 2021, the Supreme Court of Mexico ruled that having children is a human right, even via surrogacy. Miracle Surrogacy has had hundreds of babies through its surrogacy programs in Mexico.
