Now through December 31st, for new IPs who sign their contract and make a down payment of $10,000 USD, Miracle Surrogacy will pay 100% of your legal fees to secure your baby’s birth certificate with only the IPs’ names & termination of surrogate parental rights–a $5,000 USD value! Here’s how it works:
1. Sign your contract and pay a non-refundable down payment of $10,000 USD between now and 12/31/24 to lock in 2024 pricing.
2. The balance of the Stage 1 payment must be paid in full by April 30, 2025 or the down payment is forfeited.
3. SAVE an EXTRA $1,000 USD immediately if the Stage 1 payment is paid in full by 12/31/24.

6. For this promotion, preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) which tests all the chromosomes of your embryos for genetic abnormalities (and also determines the sex of each embryo) is required for all egg collections and embryo glue is required for all embryo transfers (embryo glue has been shown to increase pregnancy success rates by approximately 9 percent for each embryo transfer).
7. For this promotion, certain documents are required after birth to protect the IP while waiting for the judicial Amparo order, which results in the baby’s birth certificate having only the names of the IPs, and not the surrogate’s name, which eliminates her parental rights. The documents include a power-of-attorney, relinquishment of surrogate rights, and documents authorizing the IPs to apply for the baby’s passport/other documents. The document preparation and translations cost $595 USD and the notarization coordination and signing costs $753 USD.
8. Our outside lawyer in Mexico specializes in surrogacy/Amparo cases, and is well known as the industry leading attorney in this area; based on our partnership agreement with the legal team, this promotion is only available to new IPs who sign a contract now through 12/31/24 (cannot be retroactive).
9. At week 24 of pregnancy, IPs will virtually meet with our outside attorney and provide necessary documents to prepare for the Amparo process and will pay the attorney for his services ($5,500 USD in Mexico City, which represents $5,000 USD in legal fees and $500 USD in office expenses; or for Merida and Cancun, the total cost is $120,000 Mexican Pesos, about $6,200 USD which represents $5,000 USD in legal fees and $1,200 USD in travel expenses; Miracle Surrogacy will then immediately put $5,000 USD into the IP’s escrow account for future use or for refund at the end of the IP’s program).
