Our surrogacy program available to our HIV+ clients is conducted entirely in Cancun, Mexico City or Merida, Mexico and includes everything needed to achieve your dreams of having a baby. 

If you already have your own embryos created from washed sperm, the cost of surrogacy in Mexico for HIV+ intended parents starts at $50,800.  Just like our other surrogacy programs in Mexico, the cost includes one embryo transfer of up to two embryos to your assigned surrogate, as well as standard pregnancy care throughout the pregnancy, the surrogate payments, as well as a delivery allowance for a standard, uncomplicated delivery at one of our partner hospitals in Cancun, Mexico City, or Merida, Mexico.

Payments are spread out over the course of the surrogacy journey.For HIV+ intended parents who need an egg donor, the cost is the same as our Premium Surrogacy Program using a MIRACLE Surrogacy Egg Donor, starting at $68,800, plus the cost of sperm washing, which is $6,500 including all extra laboratory work and documentation. There is also an extra $5,000 payment to the surrogate (which is not paid until the Stage 3 payment is made at week 24 of pregnancy).

Medical Clearance

In addition to standard STD/STI screening including syphilis, Hepatitis B and C, the intended parent must present medical records showing at least six months of viral load history, including a recent HIV test with a result of undetectable.  We will then process the sperm washing and perform a PCR test on the washed sperm, ensuring the sperm is ready to be used to fertilize the eggs from your egg donor, and ultimately to create your embryos.
